Our Aventurine Suite is the Penthouse (3rd floor) and is a very large room (700 sq ft) with a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, and private bath with large walk-in shower. The Aventurine Suite is currently being rearranged to add more beds to better accommodate families and bigger groups. Aventurine is ONLY available with a whole house rental agreement. Please note that this suite is surrounded by windows and freeway noise does travel through these windows on certain occasions.
