Deposit: A deposit is needed on all reservations and should be
received within seven days after the reservation is made. Reservations made greater than 14 days from the date of arrival may send a check payment via mail. Reservations within 14 days of arrival must reserve your room by VISA/Mastercard though our secure website. We ask for a minimum deposit of an amount equal to the cost of one night's stay or 50% of the total cost of your stay, whichever is greater.
Children: Skiing is a family sport. We encourage families with children to stay with us.
Therefore, children under 12 are free. Additional guests 12 and over are $15 each.
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including: VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. An additional processing fee will be applied.
Secure Online Payment: Please only use this option after you have received an email confirmation stating that your room is available.
Confirmation: We will email or fax you a confirmation as soon as we receive your deposit.
Payment: Payment of your balance is due upon check-in with your hosts. Travelers checks or cash are preferred.
Cancellation: We will gladly refund your money if you cancel your reservation more than 10 days prior to your arrival. Refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are given if we are able to re-rent the room.
Policies: For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a Non-Smoking Inn and have No facilities for pets.
Check-in: Check-in is after 5:00 PM. Special arrangements may be arranged for early arrivals.
Special arrangements can be made with your hosts if the guests are arriving after 11:00PM. Please
remember to call us if you are going to be delayed.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. In a few circumstances we can arrange a later
check-out time.
Office Hours: Office hours are 2:00PM -7:00PM. Please call to make alternate arrangments.
Telephones: In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of the inn, our
guest rooms do not have telephones. There is a phone available for your use in the main living quarters upon request.
